Pause Multi-Factor Authentication for 24 hours

*Must be LEAP Admin

*Have your Leap password ready

 

  1. LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings

  2. Click Firm > under Staff > Staff Members.
  3. Select the staff member.

  4. Click Multi-factor authentication on the left.

  5. Click to toggle the Require MFA option off.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Enter your LEAP password.
